How can we help?

Orders & Tracking

Our orders are generally process and dispatched within 5-7 days. Once the order is dispatched the attempt to deliver the order is made within 7-9 business days. However the delivery time is completely dependent on the delivery location.

For order cancellation, please raise a support TICKET from your My Account Page https://fashzeo.com/my-account/ . Kindly note, orders can only be cancelled if they are not dispatched .

Your shipping address can be changed till the order has not been dispatched from our end. Please raise a support TICKET from your My Account for further assistance regarding the query.

You can view all your orders under My Account section of your Fashzeo account.

Please note you can only cancel your order till it hasn’t been dispatched by us. Refund for Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Netbanking orders will be processed within 7-14 banking days.

If your order is marked as DELIVERED and you have not received the order, kindly contact us by raising a support TICKET within 24 hrs from the date of the order being marked as DELIVERED. Beyond the mentioned time frame we will not be able to carry on any investigation into the case and will take the order as DELIVERED.

Exchanges

Fashzeo’s 7 days Size Exchange policy gives you the option to exchange items purchased from the website for size only within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Exchange Fee: For all size exchanges, a nominal exchange fee of INR 99 will be charged which will be included in the replacement order invoice. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the exchange.
The exchange fee is charged only once in case the original order is split and products are delivered separately.

Kindly note all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

-If you have received any defective/damaged/wrong product(s), please inform us within 24 hours after the delivery by raising a support TICKET with proper images to verify your claim from your Fashzeo Account. We will check the issue and proceed in accordance with your issue.

To initiate an exchange please go to My Account. Click on the REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE button to proceed by filling a Form. After successful submission, our team will inform you of the Exchange request status (Approved/Denied) via message/email within 24 hours.

Please note: – You can initiate your exchange request only 24 hours after your order is delivered.

The replacement order will be a new order and will be visible under the your order history section in your Fashzeo Account. Also team Fashzeo will keep updating you with the order status.

We do not have a money refund policy. We allow only size exchange for the products purchased from us.

We do not have a second exchange policy. However, if you still want to initiate the exchange, an amount of 250 INR will be charged for the second exchange.

If you have purchased a combo order or a Set  from our website, please note that we do not offer exchanges for single products in the combo order or set. In order to process an exchange, all products in the combo order or set should be exchanged together. We ask that you carefully review the items within your combo order or set before finalising your size exchange.

Payments

You can place the order on Prepaid mode or Cash on Delivery (COD). We accept payments through Card, Netbanking and UPI.
