Orders & Tracking

How long will it take for my order to reach me ?

Our orders are generally dispatched within 2-7 days. Once the order is dispatched the attempt to deliver the order is made within 4-5 business days. However the delivery time is completely dependent on the delivery location.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 2 days of placing it by logging into your Fashzeo Account, going to My Orders, selecting the order, and clicking Cancel Order.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Yes — you can change the shipping address before your order is dispatched.

To do this, raise a TICKET from your Fashzeo Account with the updated address. Once the order has been picked up by the courier, the address cannot be changed.

Where can I view my past orders?

You can view all your orders under MY ACCOUNT section of your Fashzeo account.

What is the cancellation policy at Fashzeo India?

Please note Orders can only be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order. Refund for Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Netbanking orders will be processed within 7-14 banking days. 

What if my order is incorrectly marked as DELIVERED?

If your order is marked as DELIVERED and you have not received the order, kindly contact us by raising a TICKET within 24 hrs from the date of the order being marked as DELIVERED. Beyond the mentioned time frame we will not be able to carry on any investigation into the case and will take the order as DELIVERED.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are issued as Store Credit only (valid 13 months) and are subject to product availability. A ₹199 handling fee applies per request. Requests go through digital and physical verification, and Store Credit is issued within 2–3 working days after approval. Partial exchanges are allowed for multi-item orders (excluding combos/sets). Only one return/exchange per order is allowed, and orders placed using Store Credit are final.

How do I return / exchange item(s) from my order?

To exchange items, go to Homepage → Return/Exchange → Submit a Return/Exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Follow the on-screen instructions, pay the ₹199 handling fee, and ensure items are unused, in original packaging, with tags intact. Requests undergo digital and physical verification, and approved exchanges are issued as Store Credit within 2–3 working days. Only one return/exchange per order is allowed.

How do I track the status of my replacement order?

The replacement order will appear as a new order in the Order section of your Fashzeo Account. You can track it using your order number and registered email or contact number on the Track Order page.

How and when would I get a refund for a exchanged order?

Fashzeo does not provide monetary refunds for returns or exchanges. All approved returns/exchanges are issued as Store Credit, valid for 13 months. After your request is approved and items pass physical verification, Store Credit is issued within 2–3 working days.

How do I raise a second exchange for my exchanged order?

You cannot raise a second return or exchange for the same order. Only one return/exchange per order is allowed, and orders placed using Store Credit (including previous exchange credit) are final and non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

How to exchange combo items?

If you have purchased a combo order or a Set  from our website, please note that we do not offer exchanges for single products in the combo order or set. In order to process an exchange, all products in the combo order or set should be exchanged together. We ask that you carefully review the items within your combo order or set before finalizing your return/exchange.

Payments & Refunds

How can I pay for my order?

You can place the order on Prepaid mode or Cash on Delivery (COD). We accept payments through Card, Netbanking and UPI. Also you will also receive 10% off on your order when you choose prepaid payment.

Where can I see my refund?

  • If a product in your order is out of stock and you cancel it, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (bank, card, UPI, etc.) as per applicable timelines.
  • For regular returns or exchanges, refunds are issued as Store Credit only. You can view your Store Credit balance in your Fashzeo Account under the Store Credit / Wallet section.
