Shipping Policy

Fashzeo ("we"&"us") is the operator of http://fashzeo.com. By placing an order through this website/app you will be agreeing to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General Terms

Dispatch of the order(s) is subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfil all your product(s) at time of purchase. In this instance, we will dispatch the available product(s) to you. The remaining product(s) if any will be dispatched once the product(s) are available in our warehouse for dispatch.

2. Shipping Costs

3. Dispatch/Delivery Terms

Dispatch Time

We process and dispatch every order within 2-7 days of receiving it. Our warehouse operates from Monday-Saturday during standard business hours except on national holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Delivery Time

Your order will get delivered within 4-5 business days once the order is dispatched depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on the accessibility of your location.

Change of Delivery Address

For any change in delivery address, kindly raise a TICKET from your Fashzeo Account. We are able to change the address at any time before the order is dispatched. No change in address can be made once the order is picked by our courier partner for shipping to your location. Please ensure your details are correct before completing your purchase.

Product(s) Out of Stock

If any product(s) from your order are unavailable or go out of stock, we will notify you via email.

Once informed, you will be provided with the following options:

1. Wait for Restocking:
You may choose to wait until the product is restocked. An estimated restock timeline will be shared, where available.

2. Replacement (via Store Credit) (For Pre-paid Orders):
You may opt for a replacement by receiving Store Credit equivalent to the value of the unavailable product(s).

If the replacement product costs more, the difference must be paid at checkout.

If it costs less, the remaining balance will stay as Store Credit.

3. Cancel & Refund:
You may choose to cancel the unavailable product(s). The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment, as per applicable timelines. 

Important Notes:

Your selected option will be processed only after we receive your confirmation.

If we do not receive a response within the communicated timeframe, Fashzeo reserves the right to process the order based on product availability.

Dispatch/Delivery Time Exceeded

If the dispatch/delivery time frame has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us via our support channels from your My Account page so that we can conduct an investigation and provide you with a solution.

4. Tracking Notifications

Customers can track their orders through their Fashzeo account or by using this link and entering their order number and mobile number/email address.
Once the order is Out for Delivery, a tracking link will be sent to the registered email address, allowing customers to follow the shipment's progress based on the latest updates from our courier partner.

5. Order(s) Lost or Damaged in Transit

If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please follow the steps below:

5.1 Damaged Orders at the Time of Delivery

If the parcel is visibly damaged, we strongly recommend rejecting the delivery and raising a support ticket within 24 hours from your Fashzeo account.

5.2 Proof Required for Claims

To process any claim related to damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products, you must share clear photo and/or video proof, including:

  • The product showing the issue
  • The outer packaging with the shipping label clearly visible
  • A complete unboxing video, recorded continuously from the moment the sealed package is opened (mandatory)

⚠️ Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.

5.3 Orders Marked as Delivered in Your Absence

If the order is marked as delivered when you were unavailable and you notice any issue, please raise a support ticket within 24 hours of delivery with complete details and required proof.

5.4 Lost Orders

If an order is lost in transit, please raise a support ticket within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will conduct an internal investigation with our courier partner.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order (as we strive for fast processing and most orders are dispatched within this timeframe). Customers can cancel their order directly from their Fashzeo account under the specific order details.

Please make sure to check your order status via Track My Order. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

7. Marked Delivered but Not Delivered

Under any instance if the order has been marked delivered by our courier partner and has not been delivered, the issue has to be raised within 24 hrs with us by raising a TICKET from your Fashzeo Account. We will accordingly get in touch with our courier partner and resolve the issue at the earliest possible.

8. Reverse Pickup Not Attempted

If a reverse pickup is not attempted by the courier partner within the scheduled timeframe, customers are required to raise a support ticket for assistance.

Resolution Process:

Once a ticket is raised, our support team will review the issue and re-initiate the reverse pickup or provide the next best resolution based on serviceability.

Requests without a raised ticket will not be processed automatically.

9. Customer Support

For all support related queries/issues, please raise a TICKET from your Fashzeo Account. We will respond to your ticket within 24 hrs of receiving the same.
