You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of order delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Steps to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

3. Select "Submit an Return/Exchange"
4. Follow the on-screen instructions and "Submit" your request
⚠️ Important: A return or exchange request can be created only after the order status is marked as “Delivered.”

Important Highlights (Please Read Before Requesting):
- Only one return OR exchange request is allowed per order number.
- Please check all items carefully before submitting a request. Multiple requests for the same order are not permitted.
- All return/exchange requests are subject to eligibility conditions, verification process, handling fees, and timelines as mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Every request undergoes digital verification first, followed by physical inspection after pickup.
- Returns and exchanges are issued as Store Credit only. No direct product replacement or monetary refund is provided.
- Orders placed using Store Credit are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
